United Services is a business within United that brings more than 80 years of MRO experience, employee talent, and the highest level of operational integrity to its customers. United Services specialized areas are: avionics, C-checks, engines, landing gear and line maintenance.

United's network with five hub airport locations and numerous line stations worldwide, provides customers the opportunity for routine services, overnight checks and non-routine maintenance where it's most convenient. The United Services Maintenance Center, located in San Francisco, Calif., is a 2.9 million square foot facility that is home to more than 5,000 technicians, management and support personnel.

The United Services engine shop has held the International Standards Organization (ISO) certification since 1997, and it is the only U.S.-based airline carrier whose engine maintenance operation has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification.

United Services has a rich history in maintenance innovation and repair technology and is known for its excellence in fleet safety and reliability. Not only are we certified under FAA 121 and 145 authorities, we also maintain EASA, JCAB, CAA, and other authorities as well. Our customers benefit from our maintenance and operational experience on United's fleet.
