Who ensures that my engine or APU receives appropriate attention while it undergoes the repair process at United Services?

We have a dedicated customer program manager for each project. The program manager is the customer advocate at our repair facilities, and monitors and reports on progress made throughout the repair period.

Can United do ring case configuration modification for PW4000-series 94" engines?

Yes. United offers the ring case configuration modification either as a stand-alone job or as a part of a complete engine overhaul. United, which flies and maintains more of these engines than any other airline, will turn the ring case configuration modifications around faster and more cost-effectively than any other maintenance provider.
