Line Maintenance
I have an AOG at a location that is not listed on United Services' website. Can you still help me?
United Services has very few restrictions on locations where we can go to cover customer aircraft. Our GEM team is available to perform unscheduled repairs for AOG situations at distant locations.
United's GEM product seems like it would work well for my operation, but I need my Quality Assurance Team's review before I can use a vendor. How can I pre-qualify United Services so you can respond quickly to my needs?
Contact us and we will sign a standard IATA On-call agreement (IATA membership is not required). Your QA Team can then do its on-call review at no charge.
