What is United Services' overriding strategy in Component Maintenance?

We have a two-pronged approach. First, we are focusing on those components that we do well, such as high-tech components that require complex engineering, technical expertise, and substantial investment in expensive automated test equipment. Second, we are expanding our component exchange programs. These programs provide value to the marketplace by offering cost-competitive component maintenance services and economies of scale through access to United's extensive inventory. This access minimizes a customer's need for investment in spare parts.
