How do I know that I am getting the best value and quality service when I send my part to United Services for repair?

Our Customer Service team ensures that customers' needs are met consistently. Once the work begins, we hold regular reviews and provide our customers with performance parameters that include quality, turn around time (TAT), cost information, service bulletin implementation, engine/APU records, engineering support and on-wing performance. Throughout this process, United Services leverages United's leadership in safety, logistics and operations to deliver innovative, cost-efficient support.

Can United Services help with other operational support besides engine and APU maintenance?

We provide a full range of technical support and training in addition to basic maintenance services. Our maintenance services are backed with years of engineering, quality control, worldwide support, and component and product management expertise. All these services are provided either as part of our maintenance program or as stand-alone projects.
